Conference & Meetings
prs calm is not a normal conference retreat. When organising a meeting at prs calm, the customer is guaranteed exclusive service. Only one event is accommodated at any time.
At prs calm your conference or off-site meeting is scheduled the way you want. This means that each conference is scheduled the way the customer wants it scheduled. prs calm becomes, for the duration of the stay, the customer’s own conference place. Concentration on the issues at hand is facilitated, whether this is a crucial strategy session, an interaction with key business partners or a board meeting. So while the customer focuses on issues, the staff at prs calm will focus on looking after the customer.
prs calm is equipped to cater to all conference requirements.
Conference Hall
The spacious conference hall, which overlooks the garden, can seat up to 35 persons. The hall has plenty of natural light, but also offers individually controlled lighting for any purpose. The imported “Wilkahn” furniture can be arranged in any manner to suit your requirements.
Board Room
The completely private board room can seat up to 8-10 persons around the board room table. To ensure flexibility and confidentiality, this room is equipped will all the necessary communication tools (i.e. fax machine, internet connection, etc.).

An LCD projector is available in the main conference hall and a separate LCD projector can be installed in the board room

The facility is equipped with an UPS back up and a full-load automatic switch over generator, to ensure no interruptions during your conference.
Food & Beverage
The kitchen is well equipped, with its very own world-class chef, to cater to any culinary requirements from gourmet meals to delicious snacks.
You let us know if any participant is particularly averse to some food, and we will take care of the rest. Our trained chef will be able to meet your culinary expectations from power lunches to elaborate buffets or a formal, sit-down dinner. Or may you would prefer a simple, home made meal. The more you challenge us, the more creative we get.
